Order processing
Allow 1–4 days for processing before dispatch. Processing and transit are separate: total delivery time is the processing period plus the shipping period.

Track your order
After dispatch, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation or the order-status link in your confirmation email. Tracking may take time to update after a carrier receives the parcel.
